No Refund Policy

All sales for !CON registrations are final. Once your registration is confirmed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.

What This Means

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind or plans
  • Inability to attend the event
  • Personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
  • Travel or accommodation issues
  • Duplicate registrations
  • Technical errors during registration (please verify before payment)

Non-Transferable Registration

Event registrations are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your registration to another person or to a future event.

Event Cancellation by Organizers

In the rare event that !CON is cancelled by the organizers, we will:

  • Notify all registered attendees via email
  • Provide information about rescheduling or alternative arrangements
  • Issue refunds only if the event is permanently cancelled and not rescheduled

Refunds in case of organizer cancellation will be processed within 14-21 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

Event Modifications

Changes to event schedule, speakers, venue, or program content do not qualify for refunds. We reserve the right to make necessary modifications to ensure the best possible event experience.

Payment Issues

If you encounter any payment issues during registration:

  • Check your bank statement to verify if payment was deducted
  • Wait for 24-48 hours for payment confirmation
  • Contact our support team if payment was deducted but registration was not confirmed

Please ensure all registration details are correct before completing payment, as no refunds will be issued for incorrect information provided by the registrant.

Force Majeure

The organizers are not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. Refunds are not guaranteed in such circumstances.
