Digital Ticket Delivery

Upon successful registration and payment confirmation, you will receive your event ticket and confirmation details through the following channels:

• Email: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration within 5-10 minutes of payment confirmation
• WhatsApp: You will receive your ticket and event updates via WhatsApp to the mobile number provided during registration
• Dashboard Access: You can also access your ticket through your account dashboard on our website

Delivery Timeline

Event Access

To attend the event, you must:

1. Present your digital ticket (on your phone or printed) at the event venue
2. Carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification
3. Arrive at the venue during the check-in hours specified in your ticket

No Physical Products

!CON 2025 is a ticketing service for an in-person event. We do not ship or deliver any physical products. All registration confirmations, tickets, and event materials are provided digitally or at the event venue.

Any event merchandise, materials, or kits will be distributed on-site during the event. There is no separate shipping or handling fee.

Ticket Not Received?

If you have not received your ticket within 15 minutes of payment:

• • Verify you entered the correct email address and mobile number
• • Log in to your dashboard on our website to view your registration
• • Contact our support team immediately for assistance
