1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for !CON and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not register for the event.

2. Event Registration

• Registration is required to attend !CON
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Registration is subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion
• Each registration is valid for one attendee only and is non-transferable

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Razorpay
• Payment must be completed at the time of registration
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment confirmation will be sent via email
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets as supported by Razorpay

4. Event Participation

• You must present valid identification and your registration confirmation at check-in
• You agree to comply with all event rules and guidelines
• We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates our code of conduct
• You are responsible for your own safety and belongings during the event

5. Event Changes and Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to:

• Modify the event schedule, speakers, or content
• Change the event venue
• Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control
• Make substitutions to speakers or program elements

In case of event cancellation by the organizers, registered attendees will be notified and alternative arrangements will be communicated.

6. Photography and Recording

By attending !CON, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes across various media channels.

7. Code of Conduct

All attendees must:

• Treat all participants, speakers, and staff with respect
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Not engage in any illegal activities

8. Liability

The organizers of !CON are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content presented at !CON, including presentations, materials, and logos, are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced without permission.
